Foodstuff & Technology Investment Corporation (FOCOCEV) is a state-owned enterprise which directly belongs to The Ministry of Industry & Trade of S.R Vietnam, holding the command of directly under enterprise, subsidiary, running under enterprise law and company’s regulation.

Our precurso was Foodstuff Corporation of Central which was found by 73NT/QĐ1, Sep. 17th,1975, of the Ministry of Domestic (now is the Ministry of Industry & Trade).

On March, 13th,2002, Ministry of Trade had 0260/2002/QĐ-BTM for changing name to Foodstuff and Technology Invesment Corporation.
